How Shipping Costs Are Calculated
- Real-time rates at checkout: Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and carrier options.
- Best-rate audit: Our team reviews orders to ensure you’re getting the most cost-effective option. If we find a better method, we’ll reach out with recommendations.
In-Store Pickup (Often the Best Option)
- Many items are safest and most economical when picked up locally—and in some cases pickup is the only option.
- Items that require pickup will be clearly noted on their product pages.
Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (by appointment)
Address/Arrangements: We’ll confirm pickup details via phone or email after your order.
Freight & Palletized Shipments (Quote Required)
Some products are too large or heavy for standard parcel carriers and require freight shipping.
- When a shipping quote is required, you’ll see instructions or a short form on the product page.
- Submit the form and we’ll reply within 24–48 hours with a freight quote and delivery options (residential, liftgate, appointment, etc.
Carriers & Methods
We select the best available carrier for each order. Some items may ship prepaid, others collect—this varies due to differences in product lines, sizes, and weights.

- Items that fit standardized packaging will typically display calculated rates by weight and volume.
Undeliverable & Refused Freight
Freight/pallet shipments that are refused, not accepted, or returned due to undeliverable addresses may be refunded minus the return shipping fees and any carrier surcharges assessed to us.
Returns & Handling Fee
All returned items are subject to a 10% handling fee. Please see our full Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions before sending anything back.
