Our Story
Evan Maounis grew up surrounded by the liquidation and discount industry, developing a strong understanding of value-driven sourcing from an early age. In 2018, he founded L&E Wholesale in Chattanooga, Tennessee, focusing on selling truckload quantities of merchandise to wholesale buyers across the country.
As the business grew, Evan recognized an opportunity to bring those same deep discounts directly to everyday shoppers—not just bulk buyers. That vision led to the creation of Scenic City Supply, an online retail platform designed to make quality liquidation goods accessible to everyone.
Today, our inventory changes rapidly as we source new and unique products each week. Much of our merchandise comes from surplus, overstock, liquidation, or insurance-loss channels—often resulting from events such as shipping mishaps, factory overruns, or corporate bankruptcies.
